Most of the time . MSRA is usually not that serious if treated right away. But usually the disease starts off as small red bumps like boils or spider bits. Soon it quickly turns into deep adscesses that need drained. If serious infection can be deadly. Most serious infections are surgical and can be life threatening to the bloodstream, heart valves and the lungs. If not treated or cured it can cause fevers, chills, chest pains, muslce aches, headaches, shortness of breath, it can also cause a rash and affect bones.
